Role Overview
Maintaining the availability and performance of systems, applications, and infrastructure is your responsibility as a Technical Associate-Service Desk L1. In addition to implementing ITIL principles, you will have the chance to work in a team environment and be in charge of maintaining Active Directory accounts, provisioning and de-provisioning apps, and offering first-rate technical assistance. In order to meet our 24/7/365 need, which offers our clients 24-hour support, this role will require flexibility to work a rotating shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in technical assistance or at an IT service desk.
- Recognise the following technical abilities.
- Basic Networking: Understanding the fundamentals of networks to fix issues with connectivity.
- Active Directory: Effective application of security groups, user accounts, and group policy structure.
- Working with service requests on a platform like ServiceNow or Salesforce is known as service request management.
- Office 365 Tools: Knowledge of O365 administration, including email account management and troubleshooting.
- Support for PCs and Laptops: Prior experience debugging hardware and software components on PCs and laptops.
- Teamwork combined with the capacity to execute well on an individual basis in a busy setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technology.
Minimum Requirements:
- any undergraduate degree or its equivalent.
- outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- little familiarity with IT operations; willingness to abide by the norms as set forth.
