Job Description

Elite Exclusive Hiring 2025 is a new programme for new graduates that aims to find the best engineering talent in the country. Eligibility criteria

10th grade: 60% or higher
12th Standard: 60% or higher

Graduation: 60% or 6 CGPA for graduation. 

The university guidelines say that this is equal to 6.0 or higher.
Only 10th and 12th-graders can go to open school or distance education.
Other requirements

• Candidates must finish their backlogs and their 8th semester at the same time.
• You can have a gap of up to three years in your education (from 10th grade to the start of college).
• There can't be any gaps in the time between graduation. You should finish your graduation within four years of starting it. Graduation
• Should be from a full-time degree programme that the Indian central or state government recognises.
• People who have been out of work for three months after their last test will be invited to take the test.

• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
• Bhutanese and Nepalese nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
• Candidates should be 18+ while registering

Selection process

Each qualified applicant must complete an online test; the information is included below for your reference.

First Round

Three components make up the online assessment:

• Test of Aptitude: Verbal English, Quantitative Ability, and Logical Ability.
• Writing an essay is the written communication test.
• Online Programming Test: Two coding programs.
• For the coding test, candidates can select from any of the following programming languages: Python, C, C++, or Java 

Second Round

• Evaluation of Voice
